I went here to replace my lost driving license and get my daughters permit. The lady at the front reception office was amazing (didn't catch her name;she had dark curly hair) but she was so nice and very friendly, great at her job! She gave me a number to be seated. I thought I'd be in there all day as it was busy but it was very fast waited 6 minutes.
I went to this smiling lady (no19) she was called Carol, she was super friendly very polite, efficient and professional at her work- carol went above and beyond her job! I left a compliment to her supervisor/manager and she said carol has not long started working here, so it's nice to see her doing a great job and enjoying it. Well done carol :) also I think this place overall does a great job
Took a driving test, was brought to a flashing yellow 4 way stop with idiots in every direction. Finding this curious, I asked why the instructor opted to take this route to which his response was "because I already took the other route". As if variety is our obligation as candidates to cater to. This was clearly an "alternative" route. After avoiding a head on collision, the instructor tells me to stop in the MIDDLE of the road to yield to another driver. This was after I approached the 4 way "stop" with flashing yellow signals and determined it was safe to go. The other driver on the opposite end of the intersection chose to skip my right-of-way and forced himself into the middle of the thoroughfare. The instructor tells me to yield to the aforementioned vehicle, but then he immediately tells me to speed up, get frustrated, tells me to "get out" very rudely, and then proceeded to drive aggressively into the thoroughfare with my rental car, muscling his way onto the other side of the intersection (which is what I was trying to avoid). These folks have to understand, there is a grey area when it comes to stop signs, especially intersections that are rendered useless with flashing yellow signals. Next time, brings prospective candidates to an obstacle course, or create one with cones. Alternatively, you can simply bring them to a WORKING STOP LIGHT OR INTERSECTION, and judge them duly. If you want a fair evaluation, don't come here. I have been a driver internationally for over 25 years and raced stock cars since the 1980s. Mind you, I have never had a ticket or accident. Ever. 5 thumbs down, do not recommend.
Excellent experience! Excellente customer service! Always is a lot of people but they minimize the waiting to 10-20 minutes. This place is well organized. Very professional!

Usually busy everyday, but they move along pretty quickly. Have been there numerous times and have never waited more than 10 mins.
