Been here 6yrs. New management Mary who is direct liazon for the owners and the new property managers are attempting to turn the park into a 55 and older community. The way they are trying to achieve this is by harrassing the tenants who are under55. The harassment includes poking fun, cursing at tenants all on recording, screaming yelling making fun of ppl units if they are older ones. Many code violations exist as well. If you talk about having a lawyer you are evicted and harassed without cause. This place will soon be shut down once the right code officials show up. Electrical shorts under ground, septic leaking under ground, so on. These ppl in this park deserve not to be harassed and live peacefully. The owners of the park Do not care as they are lawyers themselves

Drugs Drugs Drugs, you want to find a horrible place to live thats infested with meth heads and addicts, this is the place to live. Park Manager Mary I beleive the name is, is the leader of this drug infested criminal community. Used to be a nice laid back place to live, but they had lowered their standards for residency and now she allows anyone and everyone in so longs she can embezzle money from Moore Enterprises who is the Corporate owners of this park. Moore Enterprises, Irving, Texas. Mary is a theif, cheat and liar. The park itself is substandard, faulty electrical, horrible septic, they put bandaids over major problems to avoid code enforcement. They and Moore Enterprises are nothing more then slum lords taking money from people. Ask around the park how many hard working NON SECTION 8 people the park has stolen money from........
New management has everyone threatening to sell and move...
We have since done so.. moved.
Felons,drugs,and a meth house.New managers are driving people away.Water shut off every week,poor electric.Rates were raised, and they refuse to refund deposits.We were there 5 years,and the best move we have made was out of there !!
