My family and I have been going to Dr. Hanzlik for the past 13 yrs. He is awesome and very personable. His staff is awesome as well.
I made an appointment and was told I will be called back if there is a problem accepting my insurance in a few days. I was never called and I assumed all was set so I waited 37 days for my scheduled appointment. I called a day before and was then told my insurance was no any good and would not be accepted as payment. Why would they make me wait for over a month before finding this out on my own they would not accept my insurance? Place is a joke and never again.
