1st of all their products are amazing. Their sales are a extra bonus. I bought a 14 PIECE bedroom set for only $999 which includes the mattress! I have looked around in a lot of place and never seen something that can top that. The whole staff were wonderful to me. I greatly and deeply recommend this store to everyone. Manager Edison treated me so well when I spoke with him about something I was confuse about he was able to explain their policies how things worked and everything. I'm a 1st time buyer, love that they took their time with me. Please please please go down to this store. You would not regret it.
We had a great experience with this store. Our salesman, Delvin, was fantastic. He asked what we were looking for, found our interests and guided us in the direction to look. He allowed us private time to browse the store and talk. He checked back with us and offered suggestions and even helped us look on their website for pieces that were not in the showroom. It was a smooth experience with friendly staff members willing to help. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy furniture.
Ask for John Kimbrough! He is amazing! He greeted us by name and most of the staff remembers us from the previous purchases. He took his time showing us mattresses. This is our third purchase from him and this location. The store manager, Mr. Flores, also helped us for a second time by helping us meet our preset budget but getting us the product we wanted. We won't buy from anywhere else! Great customer service and very down to earth!
Great selection. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. My salesman name was John and he wasn't pushy or overbearing. Walked us thru the process of purchasing a new mattress and showed us the latest technology to analyze your bodies pressure points to recommend the type of mattress for you. Will definitely buy again and request john.
