I hired Will Ruiz which is the owner of My House Aluminum to build a deck in my backyard. He painted a great picture and showed me great work on his iPad BUT this is NOT what was delivered once the deck was finished to his low standards. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and his crew was here for 7 weeks. They were very messy, left food, trash and scrap laying around so my kids and dog can get into after they worked a few hours every so often. I really didn't think I would've been dealing with this but unfortunately I am and I'm still trying to get him to fix what was built VERY poorly with NO luck. It's sad to pay $15,000 for what I got and I hope no one has to deal with this from him. Also, come to find out he isn't even licensed and is working under an older gentleman's license (Glover Builders) as he gets the permits and does that part.
Working with Will was an absolute pleasure. He completely understood what we were looking for and even helped us save a few dollars by planning our job more efficiently. He and his crew were quick to schedule us in during this hectic time during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, and we greatly appreciate that. Will was professional and knowledgeable through the entire process, as was the crew who completed the job when Will couldn't be there.
Will came out with another crew the 1st week of March to fix all the issues that he left me with back in October 2016 BUT after 3 weeks of his new crew coming on and off I asked him to complete this fix project asap considering. He said this would take a week (I knew better) but after him telling me he is doing this on his time and not mine, which pushed me to just get it done myself. All he wanted his guys to do is cut corners and do poor patch work instead of fixing it like he should which also made this a waste of time. What a BIG disappointment and I would NEVER recommend him for anything!!
Tries to sell you more than needed, Overpriced and doesn't even show up with a ladder to assess the damage. This guy is the worst.
