My mail was not held for me while I was gone last month after receiving a receipt they would. Contact USPS and still no reply. Came home last night from trip and they had not delivered held mail per my request. Customer service poor at best. Post Masters hides!
Like many other people have experienced they do not answer the phone. We have to drive to the post office to talk to anyone. They have stopped delivering my mail for no reason, for the second time. What makes them think that they can do this? If this were a private company they would be out of business.
This is the worst post office ever! It explains the incompetence of the mail carriers, in my area, at least! Can't call, no answer, not even to the 800#!! It's ridiculous, thank goodness I don't have medication delivered anymore.
At tjis tomr of the year, theze folks have been very patieny amd helpful with sening greeting cards over seas in economical way! Kudos!
I had an excellent experience. I missed my package so I brought my pink slip. The lady was very courteous, professional and quick. I was in and out with no problems.
