I went to visit someone there and I took a walk around the park comma so few people and they waved at us comma it was very quiet, they have a pool comma some of the mobile homes we're kind of shabby looking but I guess they were just old. I thought it seemed like a very quiet and nice place for someone older to live.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The park is clean and orderly. The lots we're cramped but thankfully we didn't have neighbors parked in close proximity. We had a problem with ants almost immediately after parking, but after spraying the jacks and tires with ant poison it wasn't a issue for the remainder 3 days. The prices are fair ($40-50/night) and they gave me a Good Sam discount. The location is the best part since we were just minutes from Disney and Kissimmee. For the last minute campers or late night arrivals they have available lots hanging outside the office door just pick one and pay the following morning. I will stay here again for my next excursion to Disney world.
Nice quiet family friendly place to call home for the week. Super clean bathrooms and showers. Staff was friendly and easy going as all the other residents were. Carlos the maintenance man was a huge help in helping us get all hooked up.
