A conveniently located plaza that offers a variety of wares. The Best Buy and Movie theater offer a nice balance between the more traditionaly female outlet shops. The area features several dining locations as well.
Easy access off of I-4 @ 27.

Cinepolis is a better-than-average movie theater. Only problem is that they are not at all busy during off-hours (like weekday afternoons) and cut staff to a minimum, resulting in poor service. For example, when we went yesterday, the ticket office was closed and patrons had to buy tickets at the machine or at concession stand. since this theater lets you choose your seats when you buy tickets, we waited more than ten minutes to get popcorn while the couple ahead of us argued over where they wanted to sit in an almost empty theater. When we did get our turn, clerk gave us our popcorn then went into the back without giving us our drinks. We had to yell for her to come back. Staffing aside, the theater is great. Comfortable seats and during busy times, the ability to choose your seats (ahead of time if you do it on line) is a great benefit.
Good mix of large national chains and small local businesses.
Good shopping center with some decent restaurants and variety of stores. The area is sure to blow up and will only get better. Oh did I forget Imax!
Really the only "nicer" shopping between Lakeland and Orlando.
