I was quoted a price of $44 to groom my Toy poodle but got a bill for $51 when picking him up. I was going to tip the nice women who groomed him but decided not to due to the extra cost. The grooming department needs to better relay their prices if they want to by tipped. Also, no price sheets or board showing prices for grooming. I guess they just charge what they want. Everything Pet Smart currently sells is 20 to 35 percent higher than Amazon so they need to change their business model or face going out of business in the future.

I found the store well stocked and organized, but I was shocked and upset by the behavior of the employee who checked me out at the register. As she checked out my purchase of canned cat food she placed them in a plastic bag, but as she continued she started to fling them in the bag with some force. I was so shocked!! I was afraid the cans would be damaged. Sure enough at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the can were damaged. None were open, but there were many dents in the cans. I don't know what her problem was, but I think she needs help!
Just picked up my Biggie smalls and Baby girl from the salon here and Ashley did an amazing job they look great.. Thank u for everything!! U rock!!
As many others have stated not to buy aquarium fish here, i have to agree. I haven't had much luck with fish from this location. Many look very under nourished. Some i have gotten just to get them out of there but, for many its too little to late. As far as pet products go, there isn't to many places in this area that can compete with their selection.
