Love the store I just wish they'd sell fire wood this time of year. Nights get a little chilly. I have to go all the way to haines city to buy it.
There are too many Publix in the attractions area to even count. This Publix, in the Berry Town Center, should be studied closely and taught all over the world as the perfect example of a badly managed store. Poor management = rude staff, staff that takes lazy shortcuts, food not restocked on shelves, deli unmanned, sales and special offers are not honored unless the customer leaves the checkout, gathers the promotional signage, and then PROVES the sale price to the cashier and a member of management. Although this Publix is approx 1 mile from my front door, it is my "Publix of Last Resort". It's truly worth it to go an extra 5 - 10 miles out of my way to shop at a Publix with high standards.
Nice people, they hsve certain choice items, like Kona coffee. But not chesp.
This Deli is the slowest I've ever been to. I come here regularly and on average it takes about 15 minutes to be helped and have a pub sub made. Even when I try online ordering it still isn't made on time. The staff is super friendly but the pace is just lacking a bit.

My family and I have visited this store many times over a ten year period. We holiday in Orlando every year and find this particular Publix excellent for quality, friendly and helpful staff and is spotlessly clean. We arrive in time for Halloween and love all the products geared to help celebrate it. All in all a great shopping experience...keep it all going, you make a difference for your customers.
