We had a great time at the resort. Our house was well maintained and equipped. Very comfy beds. I have seen some negative reviews, but if you rent direct from an owner, you will know exactly which house you will be staying in and we had no complaints at all. Would visit gain.
Amazing place!! Renting directly from an owner was the best decision we ever made. Pool was crystal clear, house was updated, clean, and fully stocked. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. Overheard that the resort is under new management. Could explain all the old, outdated reviews. Will definitely be back!
We had a great stay at the resort. The house was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We love the resort - so relaxing after a day at Disney and staff were very friendly! When booking, make sure that you book direct from an owner as you then know exactly which house you will be staying in.
*TRAVELERS BEWARE* Not too happy. Planned a special weekend with my dad and family and we check in to see random resort fee charges and cleaning fees. Which to me was fine at the time because I rather not clean anyways but to come into the town home and there's ants all over the dishes and sink, There was condom wrappers in one of the spare bedrooms one of my children found (Disgusting!), the fridge is outdated, door won't even close, and there's not enough towels or even so much as dish soap there to clean the by the way very little amount of dishes to use to begin. I try to get over that and I go to cook and see the pans are Filthy. If this is a "resort" and you're charging fees for cleaning and resort fees there should be some amenities like travel soaps or shampoos Something AT LEAST a tiny bottle of dish soap to measure against overall overhead costs yet this resort is beyond cheap and asking for a luxury dollar. Be fair to clients that all i ask. I just checked in last night and this place is a disaster. I hope they can remedy this since I'm only here for 2 nights but paying over 100 dollars in cleaning and resort fees i expect this place to be up to par for my vacations at the minimum. They told me they would call me later still no phone call back. Customer service is completely nonexistent.
This resort is the best kept secret for families that want to relax and have fun. Only 8 miles from Disney with it's own water park. Fully equipped townhomes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Walking distance to all stores.
