This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Jarrett Gordon in Davenport and I continue to be extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism from the staff. Every employee you encounter has a smile on their face and they are willing to help with anything you need. Will Phillips and James Hardy assisted in my recent purchase and they were amazing! The process was quick and painless without any back and forth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Ford.

The service department couldn't be bothered to help me at all with my warranty claim. From the beginning the attitude of Alberto was negative and unhelpful. Ed the service manager cant be bothered to call me back either. I had to show up in person to talk to him after 4 attempts by phone. After weeks of run around Ford corp declined my claim based on what info they were provided by Alberto and Ed. The information supplied by the dealer and what Ford Corp told me was almost always different. When a part is defective and the vehicle is under warranty its pretty frustrating that the claim is denied. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and always had my service done here as well. They have lost a lifetime Ford customer.

I called made a 9am appointment the man was very polite and set my appointment with no problems.I arrived the following day nervouse about going to a dealership for anything.All I have ever heard is dealerships will always up charge you. As I arrived there was a nice young man outside who I spoke to. I explained I did not know what I was supposed to do or where I was supposed to go. He was very kind and told me not to worry I followed him inside took two min to fill some papers out and he showed me where I could sit and relax until they where finished.The chairs where very comfortable. i watched the news and then he was back in no time with my keys and told me it was done. I got a standard oil change for $25.00 they did not try to charge me any more then the agreed upon price.Im a single parent and on a strict budget so this was a huge deal for me. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone the man who I dealt with was very professional, kind and polite not to mention clean cut and good looking ;)

I will never ever deal Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Davenport Fl ever again. I took my vehicle to them due to the fact that it was over heating. Needless to say I spoke with Albert from the service dept. after he told me my vehicle would cost 1200 to fix I said to him oh no that is quite okay. I told him the vehicle is old I have 3 other cars that works perfectly fine and I'm not in need for that vehicle so I will just pay what I owe and come pick it up. To say the least he became very outrage and rude he begin talking over me I couldn't get a word in so finally I had to say are you going to continue to yell and talk over me or are you going to allow me to speak. I realize Albert was very pissed he didnt put my parts back in my car the way it was when I dropped it off. He put all my parts in a box and put it in the back seat wow. Jarrett Gordon Ford is very vindictive and unprofessional I have never in my life seen anything like this. I feel sorry for his mother for the trash she brought into this world...

Rebekah as the first initial contact was great. We spent most of the time emailing but she was prompt with her replies and very helpful with answering my questions. Once, I got to meet with Joe it was again another pleasant times. There was no pressure. Myself, who conducts marketing and sales was impressed to see him keep his composure during the selling process. He wasn’t trying to bait me into buying the car. He already knew I wanted the car. He just made sure to answer all my questions in the most sincere way possible. Very personable guy. Casual. I think he is a great asset to the company and they need to continue to recruit gentlemen like himself and queens like Rebekah to their team. I can understand why the dealership is highly rated among their competitors. I’m pleased with vehicle. The process was smooth. I’m grateful. Thanks! -Jazz The VoiceOver Guy
