All of my experiences have been great when at Posner Park Chrysler Dodge. I have been in for service several times. Each time I am treated with respect and the staff is courteous. The last time I was in for an oil change, and from start to finish I was out in an hour. Great job!

Tire Rack listed this dealer as a distributor to install wheels that you can order online and have them shipped there. First of all, I paid $427 for my wheels which included $75 shipping and they are nice rims. Posner ended up charging me $483 to install those rims. First they said I needed new sensors for all 4 tires to the tune of $400 which they didn't have and had to get from Toyota of Orlando. I told them I wanted to see those old sensors because I didn't believe they were bad. They then said its not really just the sensors, its the valve stems. They also could not find the old sensors that they removed. How convenient! Then the car had to be reprogrammed at Goodyear because apparently they don't have the capability to do that. Why are they a distributor for Tire Rack when they charge more to install the rims, than the rims actually cost? DO NOT go to this dealership for this reason, especially if you're a woman. I was royally ripped off today. I checked online and a sensor costs $49 new so they double charged me. I have filed complaints with various agencies and hope to get some of my money back. This dealer is a disgrace.
Amazing customer service! I drove down from Jacksonville and realized once I got here that my oil cap was not replaced after my last oil change (don't ask...). Called over to Posner Park and told them my story. Between talking to Michael in parts and then the general manager, Mr. Tony Reeves, even though they didn't have the part in stock, I was able to drive away with my car back together and my engine/car clean thanks to the service department!. Absolutely fantastic experience. I can't speak for the sales department, but and I highly recommend their service department for any Jeep owner who might need assistance and happens to be in the area.
