I had a reservation today with this location and I called 10 am! After booking an reservation one of the agents stated they where on their way to pic me up! It's not 6:34 pm no phone call nothing and I've called 5 minutes ago to find out their closed! What type of professionalism is this and I called them to confirm about a ride to pick up my car at 12 ! Representative told me that he was waiting on a car from Tampa, but when I called at 10 he said they where on they way! It memorial weekend and now my plans are delayed!!!!
Mitchell Choquette was delightful, hospitable, informational, professional and efficent. Made our stress disappear with getting a car so we could quickly start our family's trip. The process was even fun and started telling us about his trip to Costa Rica while we were waiting. Thank you so much for everything Mitch!! Such great guest service!
I didn't want to give any stars because the service and vehicle provided was terrible. The hood began smoking on the rental given to me, after calling 5 enterprises and visiting 4 no location was able to give me another vehicle, all they could do was give me the emergency assistance roadside phone number, after repeatedly telling the employees that I did not feel safe continuing to drive this vehicle, and that I was afraid further damage was going to occur to both the car and myself. I only gave Enterprise 1 star because it wouldn't let me post this review without giving some type of star rating. So for the record even the 1 star is significantly too many stars to give them for the service and availability of safe vehicles. Because all of your calls are recorded for quality assurance, I urge Enterprise to listen to the phone call between myself and employees, explaining the fear of my personal safety and safety that the vehicle provided.
Our rental at this location was typical for enterprise. We are regular users of Enterprise and this one lived up to par. You have to remember that this is a vacation area and we were there at the beginning of Spring Break and the rental cars are always out so there may be a slight delay in readying you r vehicle if it has just come off rent that day. However, we were well taken care of.
