Returning car was the worst ever... took to long only 1 person outside with 5 cars ready to be turned in went from 5 star check in to negative
I have been renting from this office for several years and have never experienced a problem. Shalainne is such an asset to this office, and has been so helpful when making our reservations.
Everything was easy and smooth. The agent who assisted me, with pickup and return, was exceptional. Car was clean and well maintained. Would defiantly recommend Hertz and will use them again if I need a rental. Thanks again for great service.
Worst customer service I had ever received . "Manager" was one of the most condescending person I have ever had interacted with in my life . Horrible . Recieved a beat up Versa, stained interior, non functioning radio , and , the worst part, a airbag warning light on the dashboard . Tried to return at 4:30 pm, ( they close at 5pm) but was told that "they had left early to pick up cars " . This was 30 mins after me waiting at the counter . AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Ended up exchanging the defective car at Orlando international and they upgraded to a much better car, free gas , and a discount . This location needs to get their act together .
Took over and hour wait to get our car ready and tank was almost empty and a near flat tire.
