This was an amazing experience for me! I booked a spa party for my sister's bachelorette weekend and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place to do it. Katelyn and Tami blocked out the whole afternoon just for us girls and we were given great attention and great services! When we first walked in, the ladies were all there to greet us with a smile and some unlimited mimosas and wine (free!). They also had an array of fruit, cheese, crackers and cookies laid out for us to snack on (a ton of food for an additional but reasonable price!). We were then given robes and led to the locker room to put our things away. I had my manicure and pedicure done by Megan and I absolutely loved her and the work she did. She and I had a very fun conversation while she worked. Actually, we all talked. The ladies there were so nice to sit and chat with, very receptive of us and funny! At one point I think I drank too much and Katelyn saved me and gave me some ice and allergy pills which helped bring down the redness and swelling haha! All of my friends had a great time and I really feel that Cenote gave my sister the experience she was looking for! Oh and a note, there is also a pool and sauna you could use but I didn't. That's just an added bonus that comes with the service!Wonderful place, with a kind and talented staff. Prices were also phenomenal! Thank you all so much!!
Wonderful spa experience!! Highly recommended!! The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Most important the hygiene is followed to the letter of the law!! I had problems at other places with my nails. And had no idea other places were NOT following the laws set to protect consumers. It is a totally different and healthy experience. I would never go anywhere else.
My second appointment my husband and I decided to try the full back and foot couples massage. It was wonderfully relaxing. Millie and Jacqueline were fantastic!
The ambiance was great but the $55 pedicure was not even worth $10. My nails are not even fully covered in polish. I really wanted to love it because the lady was very nice. Will not recommend ever.

My first appointment I got a mani/pedi for my wedding. Katelyn did an outstanding job and was very patient and helpful while I spent a fair amount of time trying to pin down the look I wanted. My nails were perfect and lasted over two weeks!
