The overall experience was amazing. A little bump in the beginning due to the insurance process but the staff corrected it and followed up to make sure I understood everything. The dental staff and doctor was very informative and caring. Also big props to the movie playing to help calm your nerves. Always recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work!
Every time I visit this dental office I feel like I'm visiting a dear family member that I don't get to see often. They're very welcoming and genuinely caring. This is truly the best dental office I've ever been to in my entire life. It looks and feels like a Spa. Great atmosphere, great staff, great service, great location. What else can I ask for. The whole staff is wonderful and attentive. They make you feel right at home. Dr. Torres is gentle caring and genuine when it comes to advising and fixing your teeth. I got the invisalign and it has been a great choice. Within 8mos my teeth have gone straight and I'm so happy with the results. Dr Torres has a loyal patient for life.
