The store is good place to shop for electronics but staff need to be trained more for sales and locations for items inside the store
Teddy from Samsung was fantastic. He fixed my Galaxy Tab for me and was very knowledgeable.
Then I told him to look inside and tell me that I ever touched it. He agreed I didn't but still said that's against policy ....then why the f*** did you look inside. Rude and terrible customer service knowing the person spends money in your store and was planning on putting that money back in with a store credit. Tapped boxed ALL the time in the store....
I've honestly never had an issue returning something at Best Buy. Especially if I have my receipt....15 day limit or not. This person and their supervisor looked me in my face and said that they would not give me a credit. Mind you, bought with best buy credit card, have receipt, and packaging. One seal on the bottom is open.... which I'm 99% sure I didn't cut because I never took the item out...
Didn't like too much this store. Every Best buy is completely different in the way they arrange their products.
Went to Best Buy to have the date changed on my camera. The Samsung Rep wasn't there. Victor chased all over to find someone that could help. They fixed the phone, also gave me a card so I could call to see if the Rep was working next time. They are the BEST!
