The picture it's pixelating because the file is larger than 8.5×11... Was her response. I asked her to print it's actual size and she looked at me like I just spoke french to her. Can't have a printer agent that doesn't know how to print.
The technology center reps are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in very unsure of what my experience would be like, as someone who's not too tech savvy, and walked out feeling a lot more comfortable and even learned a few things. Thank you Staples!
