LONG WAITS, DOCTORS DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT YOUR CONDITION ONLY $$$
My Doctor got fired. Then they just assigned me a new Doctor. She never listens to what I tell her just like the one who got fired. The women at the front desk are nice to me. Now the first time I called them to say they gave me an old address one of them was really rude over the phone. But other than that, yeah they suck. Wanted me to have a doctor's visit just to fill out forms for my job.
The service was lacking and no follow up after several times I was told that they would call me for an appointment.
Yes to the wait at least 20 minutes wait when I was on time but the doctor was worth the wait , she was sweet and nice and ask me and made conversation, so I like it in here, it isn't always about the wait but how the doc makes you feel and that she cares.
I went there twice. The PA who saw me didn't listen to what was wrong with me and was only concerned with my high blood pressure which has to do with small arteries to my kidneys. She never gave me a physical examination. When I went there the first time, the girl at the desk was rude to me and to the patients calling on the phone. It took her 2 hours to put me in the system because she claimed they were short staffed. The second time, the MA put a small cuff on my arm and ignored the fact that it was hurting my arm. When I told the PA, she ignored me and argued with me that there was nothing wrong with me except high cholesterol and not the fact that I have MS and a few other problems. She ignored an issue that I have with my knee. I was told that I was supposed to have a referral to 2 specialists and I was never called. This place is full of quacks. Be very careful when going to this place!!! If I could give negative stars, I would.
