Great delivery service. Every time I order online i get great customer service at the door. But I have called often times the store and the customer service its terrible.
Quick service and good quality. Doesn't appear on Domino's web site so can't order on line but all else is ok
Worst dominos we've ever had. We asked if our kids eat free orlando card would be accepted, a guy from the back quickly comes to the counter and says no. We proceed to make our choice for order, we aren't from the area so had to ask for the Pizza menu as there wasn't one up. Made our order and waited (also asked for garlic dip and was told that it comes with the pizzas). Meanwhile another customer comes in and he is told about today's special, we weren't. When Pizza is done, we are given it with no garlic dip. When I asked about it the guy from the back got them and wanted to charge us for them. I said we were told they would be included with the pizza's and he begrudgingly handed them over. Got the feeling that we got this "service" because we are tourists.
Was given a delivery time of 30-45 minutes and I had to call the restaurant after an hour to check on my pizza. After waiting to determine the status of my order (the person who answered the phone couldn't even find my order), the delivery driver arrived about 6 minutes later. My location is literally across the street from the restaurant. Just opened the pizza box and it looks as though the pizza has been done for over 30 minutes and is not even hot. Extremely disappointed.
