I got a coupon from Marco's in the mail. I live five and a half miles from the store that the coupons were originated . I called to place an order for the items offered in their flyer. The manager informed me that I was not in there delivery area! I thanked the manager & hung up my phpne and then dialed "Papa John's Pizza" which is located across the street from Marcos! They gladly accepted their competitors coupons and made the delivery to my house. One has to realize that you're in the middle of one of the most competitive markets in Central Florida for pizza and the delivery thereof. Quite frankly I'm not pizza fanatic, and Papa John's,although I don't believe in John business ethics, pizza is Pizza, and Papa John's is good enough. At least they know how competition works and they will make the delivery.
Food not that bad for a chain. Service horrible! Not enough workers and they all seemed over whelmed. Messed up order big time. But what can you do for a place that is missed managed? would have given 5 stars if service was a bit more organized.
The pizza is pretty good and it is nice to have something different that is not Pizza Hut Papa John's or Domino's. However, the employees there are pretty apathetic. They are also not prompt at answering phones and put calls on hold for several minutes before even taking an order. While it is clever to attract more business by acting like you don't need it, I'm pretty tired of calling not even being greeted and immediately put on hold.
After having read mixed reviews, I admit to being a little skeptical. The counter took my order without delay or problem. We had a promotional coupon as well. The pizza was out in less time than expected. It was hot, made right and delicious. Great job guys!
We absolutely loved the pizza here! Their medium two topping pizza deal was just what we needed. The meatballs are amazing. And they deliver to the resorts.
