Called them at 8pm sent a guy out the next day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Totally professional and knowledgeable, explained everything. I highly recommend.
Never did they call me with any follow up or any word about the parts for the a/c. 2 weeks have gone by and I’m still waiting. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
I wish I could give a lower rating. I called my home warranty company who called this company to fix a bathtub in my home. 4 individuals from the home warranty company called this business and nobody answered or returned any call or voicemail over a week long timespan. Then, an individual from this company told the hone warranty that they had been out of the office and would call me. After I called, for the 5th time, I finally spoke to a man named Carlos who decoded that his best course of action was to attempt to lie his way out of the situation. He said that the home warranty company never called them.... If they can't keep a story straight, I'm relieved that they don't come to my home and attempted to lie their way around a repair. Don't trust any lies they tell you.
After the initial visit, was told I needed a part for my a/c, and would return the next day to fix it. When I called the next day to see what time the tech would be coming, I was told they have to order the part and would arrive the following Tuesday. I called on Tuesday to see if the part arrived, then I was told the truck doesn’t arrive till noon. Called again and was ask to call back.
I wish I could leave a higher rating! The young man who came to our home was quick, professional and knowledgeable. We called Apex on very short notice and in no time the technician arrived to fix our broken unit. He was our hero today and we couldn't be happier! We definitely plan on using them to service our home in the future going forward. Thank you!!!
Patrick Jennings is amazing to work with. He gave me a price for my AC Unit Replacement which I could not have said no to. The installers Jonathan, Nemo, and Jose were profession, punctual, and just awesome. They performed the work in a professional manner. Before I replaced my AC unit, my house was always hotter than normal and my unit used to run every 5 minutes which caused my electricity bill to increase. These guys did a phenomenal job and I would recommend them and Apex Air Conditioning to all of my friends and family.
