I will never use this company again. They left the tenant without water after we had given the go ahead. Why discuss payment options and then walk away without even calling to say you were not going to do the job. I called tenant after waiting for tech to call for payment only to find the tech had told her we did not authorize service.
DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!!!
Wouldn't use them ever again! Way Overpriced! Called them to check on replacement of water heater, lady told me that they don't give quotes over phone. Technician has to come and see it in person, which costs $85, next morning he comes just to tell me that I need to replace a water heater and labor will be more than $600 if I already have new heater and all needed equipment. Ended up getting another LICENSED plumber who charged 3 times cheaper and was super proficient!
