My sister and I had one of our best experiences tonight at chili's. Drew and Cheetah were our servers and it was some of the best service I have ever had!!! Thanks Drew!!! You guys were the best!!!! We are here from out of town. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!
Finally got seated and waited another 10min before a drink order was even taken.
Finally order to be told they are out of chips (ran out 45 min ago)...magically chips appear by the manager once I said I was ready to walk out. Server was working hard and trying, but overall experience was disappointing!
We decided to give it another chance after our last horrible experience and will not make that mistake again. We placed a big order to go the evening and were very disappointed.
*Steak ordered well done and was still raw.
I frequent this Chili's and for the most part they have great customer service. The staff is always friendly. The only negative is the wait time and portions of food. Take out is sometimes a little much as there isn't always someone at the counter when you walk in to pick up your order. Also I've noticed with take out at times the portions tend to be smaller. One day I can order the grilled chicken salad and then turn around a couple of days later and order the exact same thing and end up with 1/2 the amount of food than just a couple of days ago. Other than that no complaints.
*Shrimp and steak in the fajitas still raw.
Absolutely love this place!!!! Always clean and organized. Staff is always so easy to talk to and happy to help. Richard is the best server there!!! Food comes in large portions for a great price. Will be returning
*All the fajitas sides placed in one styrofoam container to make a big mixed mess.
Waited well past our wait time for a table and watched people walk in and get seated. When we asked they said they ‘texted’ us which they didn’t (or maybe the wrong number because they never repeated the number when we gave it)...and apparently the old fashion way of saying someone’s name is too difficult.
*Kids grilled chicken rubbery.
We live a few minutes away from this location and they’ve lost good customers.
*Bell pepper and onions for the fajitas still hard and barely cooked.
