The staff is always very friendly, and the waiters(tresses) are very knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to there tables. I have never had to wait long; I'd say food is always served within 10 minutes of ordering.
There’s nothing like a Cracker Barrel. They’re all the same and they’re all great. This one has particularly speedy service and nice folks that work there. I’ll never turn down a change to eat at the CB!
I mainly eat here for the Gift shop! Good food. Just check with Waiter because last night the Pot roast was impossibly tough, overdone. You can tell it had been also served before lunch. I ate at 6 pm. Should have sent it back but just didn't eat it. The manager saw it on my plate uneaten.... but life goes on....I left Hungry.
I have lived 10 minutes north of this Cracker Barrel for around 10 years. Every time my parents visit, they bring me to brunch here. Whether I choose breakfast or lunch, I've never had a complaint about food. In fact, it is always excellent! I give their chefs a 5 star rating.
Our waitress Kellie was wonderful!! I'd give her a 5 star alone...But my fried chicken and gravy was Not! My chicken had obviously been sitting out all day, if not for days. I was told by a manager who rolled His eyes at my while I was explaining to him that my chicken was too crunchy to be fresh and not to mention the skin told it all. When you cook everyday for a family of 5 of just know when the food is cooked fresh. So they brought me another one and it was the exact same way.....not cooked fresh! But my husband's meal, the campfire chicken was good he said. My number one restaurant has always been Cracker Barrel and it will continue to be, but I will not be visiting this one again.
For I-4 travellers, this Cracker Barrel is located close enough for easy access, and large enough that I doubt they often have a wait time. If they do, their merchandise within the store is always quite entertaining.
Very friendly location. I was greeted at the door as soon as I walked in. The food here is decent. The prices are even better. There are lots of other restaurants around here where you could pay far more for far less. I think most people have figured that out as this place is always packed. However even though its busy that doesn't mean the service is slow.
